I couldn't agree with you more regarding the PS3 vs XB360 argument. Honestly, I'm not a fan of either company, so no fanboyism here. And while I recognize that fact that Nintendo will be successful with the Wii, that doesn't make it a good console. I mean after all Ford sold a lot of Pintos back in the day, right? And as far as the whole 1080i vs. 1080p thing, it's a moot point for me as my TV doesn't do 1080p. But even if it did I doubt that I could tell the difference. I don't wear these glasses as a fashion statement. And yeah I too have a closet full of "early adopter" gear that sits there until the next time I move. If I do watch a movie on my game machine (which has happened exactly once in the 7 months I've had it), it looks acceptable to me. Bravo sir!
